For Carplantis it is not required to bring special equipment. We advise you to carry at least the following.

• Rods 2 3 / 4lbs a 3lbs
• Reels with at least 200 meters 15lb (0.35mm) nylon or fluorocarbon line
• Maximum fishing distance is around 100-120meter
• Flat leads inline or swivel 5-12oz (we advice to drop the lead on the take)
• Good abrasion resistant rig material
• Extra strong hooks size 4 or 6
• Reliable zodiac (minimum size 9ft) or other thick inflatable boat with electric motor and a echosounder
• Boats, outboards and echosounders are available for hire at Carplantis
• Unhookingmat - Nets - Weighing sacks are provided on site. USING CARPLANTIS MATS, NETS & WEIGHING SLING EQUIPMENT IS MANDATORY! So you can leave those personal pieces of kit at home
